One of the last summer Friday’s on deckington. Today we saw you! And the nurse said you look good. We got to see your brain and your head and your heart and your arms and your face. It’s all amazing. You had your arms crossed and then when the nurse but the thing on mom’s belly you pulled one arm away so we don’t think you liked that.

And then after the doctor’s visit we went over to Brooklyn and finally returned that blanket. We also popped into Buy Buy Baby and were looking at strollers. Mom and I are both on the same page – we’re getting the UppaBaby Vista. It’s pricey but fuck it, we never spend money irresponsibly and it has everything we want. Plus, you can upgrade to two kids when the time comes. Looks like we’re gonna get this really nice green option they have.

After that we met up with my cousins Allison and Andrew for lunch since Al’s office is right there. It was awesome to see them. We talked about baby stuff A LOT since she’s pregnant too. I felt bad for Andrew. She had a lot of good pointers since she’s been through it once before with Liv. They know it’s a girl this time around, so two little girls. That’s 4 girls and one boy so far between her a Kristen. Today the nurse said, “I’m going down to the legs so turn away” because we let her know we didn’t want to find out what you are.

Now we’re home and gonna chill for a while before mom goes over to Target with Lisa.
