Beanie!
Hi Petunia. It’s dad and it’s Monday. I’m in between meetings at work so I figured I’d pen you a little letter. You and Mom are out at Kroger buying a few essential groceries for the week.
This weekend you turned 7 months old! My pretty little girl is growing up so fast. You’re so smart and inquisitive. Always curious about what’s going on around you and SO close to crawling. It’s fun to see you do things you didn’t know how to do just a month or two previously. Drop your binkie? You pop it right back in your mouth with ease. You feed yourself puffs and these crisp wafer things now too. You hold your own bottle. A true independent girl.
Little recap of the weekend for ya - we went around to a few places on Saturday in search of rugs and decor for the apartment and then came home and hopped in the pool at night. And then yesterday where do you think we ended up? If you guessed Target - that’s right! We got a nice rug for under the dining room table and everything was going great until Mom looked down and noticed that you pooped all over your car seat. So we had to make a quick exit.
Here are some pics from the past 10 days (I got a haircut!). Oh and last night I helped find a neighbor’s lost cat - Dad to the rescue! With Mom’s help on the phone, of course. Oh and you should definitely listen to 7 Summers by Morgan Wallen, fire flames.
Love you big time,
Dad
